Howard Epstein is a seasoned real estate professional with decades of personal and professional experience in San Francisco's real estate market. A resident since 1976, Howard has a strong understanding of this ever-changing market. He has personally bought, sold, and developed numerous properties, including foreclosures, fixers, and ground-up new construction projects. For the past 16 years, he has been a successful developer in San Francisco, leveraging strong relationships with lenders, general contractors, and tradespeople. He possesses vast knowledge of San Francisco neighborhoods and a discerning ability to accurately assess the quality and value of a home.

Before transitioning into real estate, Howard spent 21 years as a Senior Vice President at Bear Stearns, managing stock and bond portfolios for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. He is married with two adult children and spends his spare time gardening, cooking family meals, and taking long walks.
