Jamie was amazing to work with! We started off not having an agent but came across Jamie while looking at properties. He was so down to earth the moment we met him and was very easy to talk to. During the whole process of purchasing the property, he was on top of us, making sure we were not missing deadlines and constantly encouraged us to ask questions - "there’s no such thing as a stupid question”! When he did not have the answer, he would go out of his way to find the answer, including asking the HOA staff, the seller's agent, or even the seller.
