Equally exceptional was the way Ashley marketed our home even before our target listing date. He was working the phones with his wide range of contacts and found our future buyers before our first open house!"

"Retired from the real estate industry I know transactions to be complicated, complex and stressful. Yet the sale of my home was anything but and took only one week. That was due to Ashley, who is skillful and compassionate. He kept me informed every step of the way despite me being on vacation. He negotiated on my behalf obtaining a sales price above listing. He really listened to my requirements and acted accordingly. With a great demeanor, Ashley is professional, candid, sincere and honest"
