Shalini represented the sale of our three-bedroom condo in the East Cut and exceeded all of our expectations by getting us the price we had hoped during this challenging, post-COVID market. We had a unique floor plan with only 4 similar units in the entire 600+ unit development. We interviewed several highly rated local agents, and Shalini was the one who truly saw the value in our unique floor plan and set the right level of expectations. We felt some of the other agents tried to lower our expectations in order to make a quick sale. For reference, the $/sqft our unit ultimately sold for was $150-200 more than comparable units on the same floor, so there was significant value in our floor plan that other agents failed to see.
