Meet Nicole

Growing up in the Bay Area with both parents working in the real estate industry, Nicole Kay found herself immersed with a desire to learn more. This curiosity led to a role in title and escrow. After a decade working for two of the industry leaders, she has seamlessly made the transition to real estate sales and has seen nothing but success. 

Empathetic by nature, Nicole actively listens to the needs of her clients, understanding that those needs can be evolving. Her strength lies in her ability to locate the ideal properties based on her clients’ criteria. A savvy marketer, Nicole implements the appropriate strategy for each specific property, leading to successful transactions and consistently happy clients. Key to her marketing aptitude are her networking ability and mastery of technology and social media. Nicole moves swiftly to track trends and communicates effectively across all platforms. She is a true professional who drives results, often thinking outside the box and relying on her problem-solving skills.

Nicole has a BBA with a double major in marketing and human resource management from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is philanthropic, choosing to give her time to such causes as Safe and Sound and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where she has spearheaded a large-scale campaign to raise money and spread awareness. As an animal lover, Nicole chooses to give her time outside of work to Guide Dogs for the Blind and the SFSPCA. She enjoys spending time on the water boating with her family, taking dance classes at local studios, and exploring the food scene here in San Francisco.
