My name is Nathaniel Serrano. San Francisco holds a special place in my heart: It is my home. I am a third-generation San Franciscan who has lived my entire life in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through the years, I have explored every San Francisco neighborhood and developed a great appreciation for the city’s rich history and culture.

I have always had an affinity for real estate — I love everything about it, including appreciating the beauty of architecture and design, leveraging real estate as an investment mechanism, and, above all else, relishing the security, stability, and accomplishment that homeownership represents. Specializing in San Francisco real estate is my way of sharing my interests while helping others become part of the city that I hold so dear.

I first received my real estate license in 2007 before continuing my college education. I received my Bachelor of Science in economics from Saint Mary’s College of California, specializing in investments, finance, economic theory, econometrics, and federal monetary policy.

Immediately after college, I relocated to Silicon Valley to begin my career as a senior consultant with Oracle America, specializing in software asset management, investment consulting, deal strategy, and compliance assurance. After many years into my tech career, I decided to return to real estate to fulfill my interests and passions while helping others achieve their own goals along the way.
