Real estate often chooses us; for Liz Corrigan Branham, it was destiny from the start. The daughter of immigrant parents who cherished the “American Dream” of homeownership, the UCLA alum graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and practiced law in San Francisco and London before pivoting to real estate. Bolstered by a background in insurance law and armed with contract experience, the licensed broker discovered her true calling nearly 3 decades ago and never looked back. Smart, strategic, and unquestionably market savvy, the bedrock of Liz’s relationships has always been honesty and trust.

Straightforward and personable from the start, she operates with refreshing transparency that’s distinctly her own. Ensuring her clients feel fully informed, Liz is known for listening diligently to their objectives, remaining abundantly accessible, and working tirelessly to make her clients’ dreams a reality. Liz has called the vibrant Presidio home for over 15 years, raising her three children amidst the beauty of the park. She deeply appreciates her neighborhood’s wooded trails and local wildlife, enjoying walks with her dog, swims at the YMCA, and culinary adventures at home. Passionate about giving back, Liz enjoys home grocery delivery with the SF Marin Food Bank, beach cleanups with Surfrider, and has served as board member of Project Night Night, serving local family shelters, for over 15 years.
