With over 20 years of experience in extensive foundation-to-finish renovations and simple cosmetic updates, Lisa excels at bringing properties to market and maximizing value and return. As a seasoned negotiator and strong networker, Lisa aims for positive, long-term outcomes in every transaction.

Lisa's professional background spans Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Local Businesses and Government, and Community Development. Well-versed in new developments, zoning, and permitted uses, Lisa has worked for the City of San Francisco developing commercial corridors, served as the Executive Director of a non-profit small business incubator, started a company right out of college, and owned a retail store in Manhattan.

Lisa is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of several local non-profits, including the Housing Action Coalition, Kultivate Labs, and the Alamo Square Neighborhood Association. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women and the San Francisco Apartment Association.

With three grown children, Lisa is adept at juggling priorities and maintaining composure in chaotic situations. In her free time, Lisa enjoys walking her dog, biking, and occasionally singing with her cover band. Each day is interesting, and Lisa finds her work to be fun, creative, and challenging.
