Meet Kevin

Kevin McCarthy was drawn to the vibrant atmosphere of San Francisco and the Bay Area, leading him to enthusiastically choose it as his home. Originally from the East Coast, Kevin relocated to San Francisco in 1989 for a corporate role in the medical industry, initially planning a short-term stay before returning "home." However, 33 years later, he remains deeply rooted in the Bay Area. Real estate has always been Kevin's passion, and upon retiring from his executive position in the corporate world, he seized the opportunity to pursue his lifelong interest by transitioning full time to real estate. Through his unwavering professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to prioritizing his clients' needs, Kevin has established a strong clientele base spanning across San Francisco, the East Bay, and Marin County. 

 

Outside of his real estate career, Kevin enjoys being an avid dog-dad to his beloved French Bulldog, Maggie, spending cherished moments at Point Isabel dog park and exploring the plethora of stunning outdoor parks in the Bay Area, always appreciating the beauty that surrounds him. Kevin finds immense fulfillment in both residing in and assisting others in realizing their real estate aspirations in the Bay Area.
