Meet Julianne

A San Francisco native, Juli Louie grew up in a family of real estate investors, where attending open houses and design showrooms was par for the course. After graduating from New York University with a bachelor's in psychology, she began her real estate career in NYC as a leasing and design consultant for retail and office spaces. After moving home to San Francisco, she transitioned into residential sales.

With over $100 million in real estate sold and over a decade in the industry, Juli’s abundant knowledge is invaluable to her clients. Juli’s ability to negotiate winning bids in this competitive market can be largely attributed to her background in psychology and intimate familiarity of San Francisco’s market trends. She believes honest, fast communication is the key to success for her clients. Her goal has always been to become her clients' go-to trusted friend and adviser. Juli’s insights into her native city, coupled with the architectural knowledge gained from bi-coastal living, give her a unique perspective in this profession that she loves.

Juli holds a certificate in interior design and has elevated her career with a design renovation company: The Habitory, which adds further value for her clients. For developers and sellers wanting to achieve the highest possible price for their homes, Juli has designed homes that continue to set record-breaking sales in their respective neighborhoods. In her spare time, Juli loves traveling, taking advantage of the city’s diverse food scene, filming her social series #blankettime that discusses all things real estate, and is devoted to her two rescue dogs.
