Meet Danny

Real estate is Danny’s craft and his calling. His genuine relationships with clients are grounded in trust, integrity, and clear communication. He navigates each client relationship with the unique approach it deserves. Each seller is an opportunity to deliver exceptional results through strategic listing preparations and marketing. Each buyer is an opportunity to play matchmaker, connecting people with home that match their finances, their daily lifestyle, and their realistic appetite/capacity for construction.

Danny holds a BA in Economics, a BS in Landscape Architecture, and a Masters in City Planning from MIT. He’s remodeled multiple homes, developed affordable housing, and negotiated major housing developments on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco. His development background allows him to visualize value-add opportunities and guide clients through their own home improvements—helping them distinguish between the remodel that will spark joy and the one that will spark marital discord.

Born in San Francisco and raised in North Berkeley, Danny is equally at home on both sides of the Bay. He currently resides in the Castro District, not far from his grandmother in Nob Hill. He continues to support clients on both sides of the Bay, focusing on the cities he knows best - Berkeley, Oakland and San Francisco. Outside of work, you will find him biking, hiking, climbing, and teaching improv.

Deeply inspired by the communities he serves, Danny donates a portion of each commission to Bay Area nonprofits.
