Chris joins City Real Estate as a proven and dedicated real estate professional in the sale of residential, multi-family and entitled land/development opportunities throughout the Bay Area. Starting in 2004 with a national brokerage firm and spending the past 10 years with a local, family-owned San Francisco brokerage, Chris has been directly involved in $200M+ in sales. He has significant experience managing and overseeing all phases of the transaction process including property valuation, marketing, and contract negotiation.
Chris was born and raised in Rhode Island and graduated from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. There he obtained a BA degree in History and played four years for their Division I hockey team. Upon graduation, Chris played professional hockey with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Atlanta Thrashers organizations prior to embarking on his real estate career in San Francisco.
Chris resides in the Lake Street District with his wife Kelsey and their two sons Connor and Harrison. He is an active member of the St. Vincent De Paul School and Parish and enjoys coaching youth sports, as well as golfing and skiing.
