I was a buyer in this transaction and was referred to The Lurie Group from a friend. I worked with Zander and Brad. I met Brad and Zander two years ago at an open house when I was just starting my search, and I just closed on a property in December. So, given the fact that I was regularly emailing, texting, and calling these guys every week for at least 2 years straight, I feel that I can leave a well-informed review. In your property search, you will meet so many real estate agents at every turn, wanting to work with you. But, it's not a very personal experience writing down your contact information and receiving listings that are sent to you based on whatever you jot down in that 10 seconds. Brad and Zander sent me my listings, but they remembered who I was and called me to make sure that the filters they set were correct. Out of all the real estate agents I spoke with (and there are too many to remember), they were the only ones who reached out to make sure that we were starting out on the right foot. This really set the tone for what it was like working with Brad and Zander. My family and I basically sacrificed our social lives to go out and look at properties every weekend to every other day. Brad would follow up weekly and ask us if there were any properties that caught my eye, and he and Zander would check them out and provide us with their feedback. They would also read all the disclosures with us and answer any questions we had. EVERY week! In addition, they would send us off-market properties and their recommendations (apart from the auto-listings). Brad would also often meet us at some of the open houses--There were many a times when we would plan our open house touring schedules together, and he would give us his opinion on the condition and pricing of the property right there. When we finally found a property we liked, the transaction quickly became a high-stress situation because of outside factors, including a non-responsive lender. Brad responded to each situation quickly and professionally and was communicative throughout the entire process. This was really the moment that revealed to me who I had been working with the past 2+ years, and I was relieved that I had chosen to work with them. I don't think I could have been in better hands. We managed to get an awesome deal, and Brad still emails me to check up on how things are going with the property and liaises with the previous owner if I have any questions. Of Note: Although Brad and Zander focus mainly on SF properties, they are not unaware of the market outside of the city. In fact, the property I ended up with is on the Peninsula, and we managed to get a fair price because of Brad and Zander's research results and negotiation skills. Both Brad and Zander are very responsive, professional, honest, hard-working, dedicated, and thorough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy property, be it residential or commercial.

I feel very lucky that we had Brad and Zander helping us get our first home. They were very responsive and clearly understood what it took to get a house in the competitive SF market. They would strategize with us, enabling us to act as quickly and effective as possible. The whole experience only took 4 weeks until we landed a great home and during that time we were in regular communication with both Zander and Brad. At one point, Brad gladly worked late on a Saturday night to help us jump on an off market house.
